Original Burial Records

​The original burial records for Evergreen Cemetery are owned by the Wisconsin Historical Society (Division of Library, Archives, and Museum Collections) and housed at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in the University Archives and Area Research Center, Library Learning Center.
