Civil War Monument. This statue was placed in April 1901 and was dedicated on Memorial Day 1901.

LOCATION
In Evergreen Cemetery at the triangular site of the Civil War Monument. DESCRIPTION Join us at Evergreen Cemetery for the annual Memorial Day Ceremony that has been conducted here since 1901! This event is hosted by the Dunn County Veterans Service Office and includes patriotic music and guest speakers. In preparation for the event, American flags are placed on the graves of all Veterans buried in the cemetery. Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. |
